Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berkeley, CA. The IT Associate will Install, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies. Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components. Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems. Administer and maintain Google Workspace and other company related software programs as assigned.
- Manage and maintain server hardware, storage solutions, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control.
- Support and secure endpoints across macOS and Windows environments.
- Support processes and systems for asset inventory and management for hardware, software, and subscription services
- Support the onboarding process of new employees to include system setup, adding accounts to the AD infrastructure, and shipping computers and peripherals to employees
- Support IT projects to completion with direction from the Director of Laboratory Information Systems
- Supports issuing new computer hardware and the disposition of end-of-life equipment
- Supports IT requirements through direct employee and guest support for remote and on-site staff
- Perform other related duties as required and identified in goals set by the Director of Laboratory Information Systems or CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration, network administration or related field, ideally within a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated competence with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and MDM solutions
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A+/Network+/Security+ Certification is preferred
· Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, enthusiasm, and initiative daily.
Constant adherence to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in water restoration and construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering water restoration and construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of water restoration techniques, construction methods, and building codes/regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Foreman – Environmental Construction & Demolition
Field-Based Role | Environmental Excavation | Grading | Demolition | HAZWOPER | OSHA
We are seeking a hands-on, field-driven Foreman to lead crews across environmental construction and demolition projects. This role is ideal for a strong journeyman leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on schedule and on budget.
If you have experience in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, asbestos abatement, or system installations, this is an opportunity to lead from the front.
What You’ll Do
- Direct field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and material flow
- Interpret project drawings and specifications; perform layout and inspection
- Plan and implement weekly and daily schedules
- Determine crew size based on scope and timeline
- Track productivity, quality, and budget performance
- Develop alternate work plans when delays arise
- Enforce site-specific safety programs and conduct daily safety huddles
- Implement QA/QC requirements and submit required documentation
- Identify out-of-scope work and changed conditions
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Client Representatives
- Maintain field payroll records, material tracking, change orders, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a qualified journeyman in environmental or demolition construction
- Strong background in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, or abatement
- Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and field compliance
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER (preferred)
- OSHA 30 (preferred)
- Additional safety certifications a plus

Qualifications
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Level 3 ‑H.S. diploma or G.E.D.&/or job related exp.
REASONING COMPETENCY:
Level 1 - Entry Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
MATHEMATICAL COMPETENCY:
Level 1 ‑ EntryAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS:
Some experience in the operation of buffers, vacuums, carpet machine, and floor stripper.

Valid California driver license.
