The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day field operations for large‑scale physical security installation projects within data center environments. This role provides leadership, technical guidance, quality oversight, and coordination between subcontractors, general contractors, and internal project teams. The Site Supervisor ensures all access control, CCTV, intrusion, cabling, and infrastructure work is installed to specification, compliant with NEC/NFPA standards, and delivered on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a supervisor, superintendent or foreman leading large low voltage construction projects
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and other trades on site
• Experienced with project documentation and reporting
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, risers, CAD layouts, and construction documents.
• Ability to understand and follow project schedule

Field Leadership & Oversight

• Supervise and direct 5–15 installation technicians and subcontractors on active job sites.
