Summary

The Senior Program Manager will lead complex aerospace programs across sustainment, new product development (NPD), and R&D initiatives for small turbine engine platforms. This role blends technical program execution with business operations leadership, including support of facility expansion and production ramp-up. Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of turbine engine programs across sustainment, development, and R&D
• Own program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Serve as primary interface for government and commercial customers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense regulations (DFARS, ITAR, FAA/DoD requirements)
• Track and report earned value metrics (EVM), KPIs, and program performance to leadership
• Drive lifecycle management including warranty support and obsolescence strategies
• Lead NPD efforts from concept through prototyping, qualification, and production readiness
• Support proposal development, SOW definition, and cost estimation for new programs
• Align R&D milestones with business objectives and program deliverables
• Support operational scaling, capacity planning, and production ramp initiatives
• Assist with facility expansion, including layout planning, capital equipment, and contractor coordination
• Partner with finance, HR, IT, and supply chain to align infrastructure with program growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (Master’s or PMP preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
• 3+ years of program management experience leading complex technical programs
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
• Strong understanding of full aerospace lifecycle (design, prototyping, qualification, production, sustainment)
• Familiarity with DoD/FAA regulations, DFARS, and ITAR compliance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent programs
• Experience with lean manufacturing, operations scaling, or facility startup environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Position Summary

The Georgia Mission of Mercy (GMOM) Coordinator provides part-time (8-10 hours per week) administrative and coordination support for the GMOM program, helping ensure smooth planning and execution of each clinic event. The role is primarily administrative, with some volunteer coordination and event responsibilities. It contributes to a critical program that delivers no-cost dental care to underserved Georgians and helps expand access to oral health care statewide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administrative aspects of Georgia Mission of Mercy clinic planning, scheduling, reporting, and implementation
• Track donations and in-kind contributions and ensure timely donor acknowledgment in coordination with the Foundation Managing Director
• Maintain volunteer records, registrations, and required credentials
• Assist with volunteer communications and scheduling as needed
• Support basic event logistics, timelines, and post-event data collection
• Assist with reporting and internal coordination related to clinics and grant requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, nonprofit programs, or event coordination a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort working with volunteers, donors, and multiple stakeholders
• Availability for occasional extended hours during clinic events
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common administrative tools (e.g., Canva, Formstack or similar platforms)

The Head of Trade & Customs Compliance is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the movement of goods across international borders. You will design, implement, and lead a world-class trade compliance program that ensures our manufacturing operations remain seamless, legal, and cost-effective. As a strategic advisor to the executive team, you will navigate the complexities of global trade regulations (EAR, CTPAT, OFAC, Customs) while mitigating risks associated with our global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global trade compliance strategy that aligns with the company's manufacturing and expansion goals.
• Ensure total compliance with international regulations, including Import/Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and local Customs laws in all operating regions.
• Oversee the accurate assignment of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN), and country-of-origin determinations.
• Lead internal audits and risk assessments. Manage disclosures, protests, and government inquiries/audits from agencies like U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), Duty Drawback programs, and Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs).
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for shipping, documentation, and record-keeping across all global sites.
• Partner and work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Legal, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure trade considerations are integrated into the product lifecycle and sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred).
• 15+ years in global trade compliance, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified U.S. Import Compliance Officer (CUSICO).
• Proficiency with Global Trade Management (GTM) software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Deep knowledge of sanctions screening and forced labor prevention (UFLPA).
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR, CTPAT and global ESG/Sourcing transparency mandates.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Korean.
• Ability to interpret complex legal language and apply it to operational workflows.
• Proven track record of building a culture of compliance across diverse, global teams.
• Ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting geopolitical landscapes and trade wars.
