What will you do?

• Collaborate with Suite Attendants to keep track of all orders and monetary situations and charges
• Prepare the dessert cart for events: including wiping the cart, prepare/display desserts, serving cups, utensils, and other items needed
• Provide a level of high service to all clients, while on the dessert cart
• Account for all dessert cart(s) inventory and ensure any remaining items are put away
• Thoroughly clean the cart, equipment and set up area at the end of each event

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Will require alcohol permit
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift.

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of assigned retail locations to produce maximum revenues while keeping the cost within budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate and park policies and procedures.
• Protect and secure all assets, including equipment and Retail.
• Perform duties including park setup, visual display, and signage.
• Fully execute company Mantra for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.

Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.00/hr.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• 1 to 2-year of park experience and retail background is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Ability to handle registered transactions.
• Previous experience in supervising a team.
• Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
