Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Clinical Trial Rater at Wake Research, an M3 company. This position is on-site and located in Sandy Springs, GA with possible travel on the east coast.

The Clinical Trial Rater, a mental health professional, will be solely responsible for interviewing research participants and their informants/caregivers who are being evaluated to participate in a research study for various cognitive and behavior disorders.

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Review patient's medical history collected by the Wake Research Staff/Clinicians
• Communicates with the patient as well as the patient's study partner/informant
• The Clinical Trial Rater will administer semi-structured test or rater scales as per protocol, not limited to CDR, ADAS-COG, MMSE, CSSRS, Cognitive Battery Test, ESS, and like exams
• Attend and successfully complete all training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
• Complete provided rater training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
• Conduct interviews following specific study protocols, FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA Privacy guidelines

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical setting or for clinical trials
• Solid teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, and work both independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams
• Preferred: Current or previous certifications to rate the following scales: SCID-5-CT, MINI, LSAS, HAM-A/D, C-SSRS, MADRS, MGH-ATRQ, ISI, CGI, HDRS-17, PANSS, YMRS, ADAS-Cog, CDR
• Master's Degree, Doctor of Medicine, and/or PhD/PsyD in Psychology, Social Work, Psychopharmacology, or related field required

Maintenance Manager – Food & Beverage Packaging

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 | First Shift | Full-Time | Onsite

We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for a well‐established, high‐volume food and beverage distribution facility. This first‐shift leadership role is ideal for a hands‐on coach who excels at building strong teams, elevating preventive maintenance programs, and reducing reactive "firefighting."

Candidates must have proven management experience in food and beverage packaging environments—specifically with vertical form‐fill‐seal equipment.

About the Role

This position focuses heavily on team leadership, preventive maintenance maturity, and CMMS optimization, with a long‐term expectation of spending no more than 25% of the time on the production floor once the team is fully trained.

Early on, you'll be hands‐on as needed—but the long‐term value lies in developing technicians, improving planning accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead first‐shift maintenance operations in a food and beverage distribution facility
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Manage CMMS scheduling, work order accuracy, reporting, and compliance
• Coach and develop a multi‐skill maintenance team
• Reduce reactive troubleshooting through improved planning and team capability
• Support continuous improvement efforts across equipment reliability and uptime
• Provide occasional hands‐on support during the initial training period

Position Scope

The Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance for food and beverage packaging equipment, material handling equipment, conveyance systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and overall facility infrastructure within a fast‐paced supply chain environment.

You'll ensure equipment reliability, safety, and uptime while leading a team that supports daily operations through preventive maintenance, rapid response, and process improvement initiatives.

Success requires strong technical understanding, high accountability, and the ability to mentor technicians while collaborating cross‐functionally.

Required Background

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager within food and beverage manufacturing or co‐packing
• Experience supporting environments producing consumable goods for retail/grocery distribution
• Hands‐on foundation with packaging technologies, including:
• Vertical form‐fill‐seal
• Horizontal flow‐wrap
• Case erecting
• Stretch wrapping
• Automated case packing
• Experience managing multi‐shift maintenance teams
• Strong CMMS proficiency, especially in preventive maintenance planning
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in regulated food environments
• Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA standards, and audit‐driven operations

In this role, you will architect services to produce high availability, high density, and construction-ready solutions across power, cooling, white space, and life-safety systems. You'll guide clients through complex infrastructure decisions, lead technical scope development, partner with engineering and construction teams, and ensure the services you design perform as intended through commissioning and handover.

•Strong understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, chilled water/DX cooling, containment, fire & life safety, and high density/GPU cooling trends.

•Familiarity with Tier standards, TIA 942, ASHRAE TC 9.9, NFPA codes, and data center design and operational best practices.

•Ability to develop and defend CAPEX/OPEX models, evaluate vendor bids, and write detailed technical SOWs.

• •Skilled at simplifying complex engineering decisions for non-technical leaders and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Tooling Design Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of the Invar layup mold design scope, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, manufacturing intent, and release‐level documentation prior to design handoff.

Responsibilities include:

• Own tool architecture and design intent for Invar LM tooling, including facesheets, substructures, lifting features, casters, drill bars, and return flanges
• Ensure design compliance with vacuum integrity requirements, DB locations, TC integration, and customer‐provided standards
• Interpret and apply AWS/WPS welding requirements within drawing notes and weld details
• Lead design reviews, adjudicate comments, and control scope through approval and release phases
• Coordinate technical interfaces between tooling design, CAD development, and checking activities
• Approve final design and drawing packages for release prior to customer handoff

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8–12+ years of tooling or large‐scale mechanical design experience
• Direct experience with aerospace composite tooling or large welded Invar structures strongly preferred
• Proven ability to deliver release‐ready designs under fixed‐fee constraints
• Must have strong experience utilizing NX
