Job Description Summary: The Perinatal Ultrasonographer provides patient care through OB/GYN ultrasound and Doppler Imaging.
Under general supervision, performs routine and targeted sonograms, fetal echocardiograms and CW Doppler imaging studies.
Assists in the performance of Level II and transvaginal sonographic studies and fetal/maternal diagnostic procedures.
This is for a full-time position, working Monday-Thursday 7:00a-4:30p or 7:30a-5:00p and Friday 7:00a-11:30a.
There is no weekend or major holiday coverage required.
Our Maternal Fetal Medicine offices are located at Doctors Hospital, Dublin Methodist Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Marion General Hospital, Pickerington Methodist Hospital and Riverside Methodist Hospital.
We offer an annual uniform allowance and an annual allowance towards RDMS renewal.

Job Description Summary: This position ensures the delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel and other staff in the designated area of responsibility.

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Promptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.
- Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.

This position is an on-site position and will sit in a Wallick Senior Living community in Columbus, OH.
About your role as an HR Coordinator: In partnership with HR COE leaders, you will play a vital part in ensuring our associates and people leaders are equipped to provide great homes for our residents through HR support to include pre-employment tasks such as meeting with applicants, background checks and drug screens, WOTC, new hire paperwork and orientation, associate questions, and associate engagement activities.
Your responsibilities on the HR Team in detail:
- Serve as an ambassador for the Human Resources department while delivering an excellent associate experience.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience for all walk-in applicants
- Work with new hires to schedule and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to orientation. Fingerprint background check, drug screen, and WOTC task, etc.
- Ensure all associates files are in compliance for state and regulatory agency compliance.
- Maintain BCI log
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of all new hire paperwork and processes. This includes coordinating all new hire paperwork with the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams.
- Communicates details about orientation to new hires.
- Conduct orientation, including communicating with new hires, arranging transportation (when applicable), preparing orientation packets, maintaining onboarding computers and room set-up.
- In partnership with the L&D team, runs and reviews audit reports for I9 and WOTC to keep the integrity and 100% accuracy of the database making data corrections when necessary.
- Follow up with associates to ensure trainings are completed timely. Assist associates with accessing computers, logging into trainings, and ensuring completion.
- Track TB testing and assist with ensuring associates have TB results read within guidelines.
- Answer general HR-related questions for associates and escalate more complex questions and requests to HRBP.
- Assist management team in the community with associate engagement activities.
- Track and order new hire and annual associate uniforms.
- Runs ad hoc reports as needed by the business and HR team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational development, educational technology, or related degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of previous experience in human resources, or a similar role is preferred. Experience working in a senior living setting strongly preferred.
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- You can prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a deadline driven environment
- You're comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and have a strong ability to communicate to the workforce both verbally and in writing.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for cleanliness of large equipment in preparation and serving areas.
- Maintains quality of products throughout preparation and serving by means of routine temperature checks and taste tests.
- Sets up food in steam tables and delivers more food as needed.
- Maintains portion control in preparation and serving.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Acts as the person in charge when Chef is not there

- High school education or equivalent desired. One to two years institutional or restaurant experience.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents and family members.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.

What You’ll Do
- Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
- Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
- Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
- Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents. beverages instead of listing it out
- Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary.

- Previous waiter experience preferred.

Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation through the management of Package Handlers.
The Operations Supervisor may also manage administrative employees and functions and ensures administrative processes are compliant with FedEx policies and procedures and governmental regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Serves as a champion for FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and supports all related initiatives Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring, terminations, coaching, training, recognition and rewards, performance evaluation and management, discipline, addressing employee concerns and staff productivity Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls specific day-to-day operations Responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure the safe and efficient sortation of packages through the facility, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers (in conjunction with the linehaul department as applicable) Analyzes operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others.

In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
