This is a full-time Inventory Associate role, based on-site in Springville, UT. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for day-to-day inventory management and control, ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Tasks include maintaining inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, communicating with team members and customers, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

What you'll do:
- Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of orders to meet customer expectations.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in maintaining organized inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
Quality Control:
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Collaborate with the team to address any issues related to order fulfillment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any challenges or suggestions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay rate: $17/hr starting, may be more DOE
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
