About the job:
The Cook is responsible for preparing, working with, and delivering food according to the nutritional needs of the patients and residents. This position will provide a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Special/Catered Events. The Cook provides food and customer service to the patients, nursing home residents, independent/assisted living residents, and personnel while maintaining high standards of quality, sanitation and safety. This is a float position and the shifts will vary between morning starting at 5:30 am, afternoon starting at 10:30 am and evening starting at 9am, with rotating weekends and holidays. The starting wage for this position is $17 per hour.
Responsibilities
The Cook prepares and dishes quality food accurately and attractively according to diet and menu.
Follows basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving soups, meats, vegetables and other foodstuff for consumption at Hopedale Medical Complex.
Understand modified diets and is a team player in working toward patient/resident nutritional well-being.
Ensures compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as it relates to food service.
The Cook assists with set-up, service, and clean-up of food production.
Ensure that food temperatures are maintained at proper levels at preparation and throughout service.
Ensure that all food supplies are on hand per the planned menu 24 hours prior to meal service.

This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:
- Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
- Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
- Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model
- 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
- Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
- Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
- Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
- No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
- In-house referral network to therapists

About the Role As a KCA Drawing Instructor, you'll teach cartoon and illustration classes to enthusiastic, motivated students eager to learn.
Classes range across a variety of styles and subjects, and you'll have the opportunity to inspire young artists and create a lasting impact.
You'll lead classes in real-time through two-way-video, interactive Zoom classes.
Whether you're helping students draw their first anime character, teaching character design principles with wacky cartoons, or ink a comic book cover, your goal is to deliver an unforgettable learning experience.
We share best practices and a framework to help students succeed, but we're looking for real artists who know how to connect with kids, will embrace their own unique art style and fandoms, and make drawing feel like the coolest thing in the world.
