As a Senior Family Law Paralegal, you'll play a leadership-level role in managing active family law cases from start to finish:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and final orders
• Organize mediation and trial materials
• Track deadlines and keep cases on schedule
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
• Partner closely with attorneys to ensure every case is prepared and proactive
• Serve as a resource and steady presence within the team

You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted.

The right person for this role:

• Has 5+ years of Texas family law paralegal experience
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Stays calm and steady in a fast-moving environment
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for instruction
• Values professionalism and teamwork
• Is looking for a long-term career opportunity

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
