Who You Are Master's degree in a relevant field such as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required.

Current Tennessee licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is mandatory.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospital Medicine or a related specialty is preferred.

You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of medical conditions in a hospital setting.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and patient interaction.

You demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
