UVA COMMUNITY HEALTH IN MANASSAS, VIRGINIA IS SEEKING A NONINVASIVE CARDIOLOGIST TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM!

UVA Community Health is now accepting applications for a Non-invasive Cardiologist to join our well established group which opened in 1977. 

• Our team includes five MD's (one Invasive Cardiologist who is also the service line leader, two Internationalists and two General) and one NP, along with a full support staff that are warm and friendly. 
• Successful candidate will enjoy working in a family friendly environment in a busy location.
• For more than 30 years, our patients in and around Manassas, Virginia, have relied on our board-certified cardiologists for the highest quality care available. 
• Our providers treat a wide variety of cardiac conditions as well as provide care for patients after heart attacks and those living with heart disease.
• We offer diagnostic testing, monitoring and treatment for heart conditions on-site.
• Our office is accredited in echocardiography, vascular ultrasound and nuclear medicine.
• Provider will be expected to support patient volumes in clinic at our three local acute care hospitals. 
• Call schedule is 1:5.

Qualifications:

• Must be board eligible or board certified in their specialty
• Board eligible candidates still in training must be scheduled for their boards
• Must be energetic, motivated and collegial
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration

Breast Radiologist

Due to continued growth, UVA Community Health is searching for a new radiologist . We are seeking a Full Time/Part Time ABR board eligible/certified fellowship-trained radiologist in Breast Imaging to join an expanding program in imaging services that includes Prince William Medical Center and Haymarket Medical Center. This position will offer the opportunity for consistent Biopsy, Diagnostic and Screening Mammography services to ensure we meet the needs of our community. Our team includes three MD's and a strong support staff including a Mammography Tech and Radiology Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform breast related procedures including US, MRI and mammographic guided biopsies and wire/SAVI localizations

• Reading screens and performing diagnostic exams

• Work independently if Sonographer is not available

• Involvement in monthly tumor boards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary group including Surgeons, Oncologists and Pathologists

• Access to ancillary services including Hologic 3D mammography, Affirm Bx system, DEXA, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology and Nuclear Medicine

• Average daily census is 33
