Senior International Tax Analyst - Up to $115k + bonus

Our client, a manufacturer, is looking to hire a Senior International Tax Analyst to join its growing tax team. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Tax Manager, offering strong exposure to global tax operations within a collaborative, lean team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support international tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions, including analysis of foreign entities
• Assist with international tax planning initiatives and cross-border transactions
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors on global tax matters
• Analyze tax impacts of business operations and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in public accounting (preferred) or industry with international tax exposure
• Hands-on experience with ASC 740 / tax provision work (required)
• Exposure to international tax concepts (cross-border, foreign entities, global operations)
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus

Job Description

One of our large pharmaceutical clients is looking to hire an Associate Scientist of Cell Banking to perform Cell Banking for the Cell Culture processes and/or bio-analytical testing within the API Large Molecule Process Development group in Malvern PA. The candidate's primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the production, testing, inventory, and supply of Master, Working, and development Cell Banks for clinical, and commercial production as well as analytical testing for biopharmaceutical and cell therapy products. Responsibilities will include:

-Support Cell banking organization by performing Cell banking for Cell Culture processes and analytical testing.

-Execute production, testing, and release of Master, Working, development, and analytical cell Banks and ensures the timely supply to customers.

-Work in a team environment as well as contributing individually to meet project timeline and objectives.

-Participate in Cell culture and cryopreservation of cells using aseptic techniques under GMP Compliant conditions.

-Execute all activities per established procedures and protocols

-Interface with internal and external customers to ship cell banks and supply critical information as per their requirements.

-Collaborate cross-functionally to represent Cell Banking department.

-Author, review, and approve technical documents, SOPs, and batch records.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in scientific field, preferably Biotech

-Minimum 1 year of experience working in a lab environment, preferably GMP

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience working within cell culture

-Minimum 1 year of experience working with Aseptic techniques

-GDP (Good documentation practice)

-Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Cell Banking experience

-Experience maintaining writing records of work in form of (electronic) notebooks, procedural documents, protocols and technical reports is preferred.

Compensation:

$27/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Oversees quality control activities for precision-machined medical device components. Responsible for inspection planning, First Article and in-process inspections, nonconformance management, ERP tracking, ISO compliance, and leading quality efforts across machining cells and shifts.

1. Must-Have Requirements:

 5+ years of quality experience in a precision machining environment

 Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T

 Experience performing FAIs and in-process inspections

 Experience with nonconformance investigations, MRBs, and corrective actions

 Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems

 Ability to train and mentor inspectors and machinists

2. Preferred Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides basic leadership skills for assigned patients, collaborates with other departments and begins process of proactive thinking when implementing the plan of care. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
