Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Supervisor to support our premier client in Orlando, FL. This 1-month contract to hire role (with the possibility to go perm) will oversee office operations and provide leadership to a team responsible for administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing both people and processes within a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.


What You’ll Do:

• Supervise a team responsible for administrative support across a department, client, or property

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient execution of office services

• Track office-related transactions including listings, sales/leases, expenses, and client reimbursements

• Provide leadership, including training, coaching, performance evaluations, and team development

• Support recruiting and hiring efforts for office staff

• Partner with sales teams to provide business support and help achieve financial targets

• Coordinate the production and execution of property marketing campaigns

• Develop property marketing materials, comparable market analyses, and targeted mailing lists

• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of all administrative processes


What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience

• Strong understanding of office operations, processes, and administrative systems

• Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively

• Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong analytical and math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities


Nice to Have:

• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management

• Leadership experience driving team performance and operational efficiency

• Background supporting sales or real estate teams

• Experience coordinating marketing materials and campaigns
