Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Construction Laborer with expertise in carpentry and concrete work to join our team. This position will involve assisting with a variety of heavy civil construction projects such as roadways, bridges, and infrastructure, . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in carpentry, formwork, and concrete placement techniques, as well as general laborer duties, with a strong commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

 Carpentry Work:

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, forms, and frameworks for construction projects (e.g., building forms for concrete pours, scaffolding, supports, etc.).
• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden beams, boards, and other materials used in construction.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layout and dimensions.
• Maintain tools and carpentry equipment to ensure they are in good working order.

 Concrete Work:

• Prepare, pour, and finish concrete for foundations, roads, bridges, and other heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring that they are aligned and properly positioned.
• Operate machinery and tools for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Perform concrete surface finishing techniques such as troweling, leveling, and smoothing.
• Assist with reinforcing steel placement (rebar) as required in concrete work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Heavy Civil Construction preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Minimum of 2 years of assembly/disassembly of heavy form systems.
• Knowledge in the use of concrete pumps, concrete placement/finishing, rebar installation a plus.
• Skill in smoothing, finishing freshly placed concrete, applying surface treatments and restoring concrete surfaces.
• Prior rigging knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with leveling tools such as laser levels and transits.
• Must have proper knowledge of using and maintaining any type of power equipment required to fulfill job description and possess the appropriate tools of the trade.
• OSHA 10 is required.

Position Summary:

A Triaxle/Six-Wheeler Truck Driver is responsible driving on the work site assist with excavation/Spoils to be disposed on a work site. May also haul materials to/from job site.

Responsibilities:

The Carpenter is responsible for constructing or assembling concrete forming systems, according to blueprints and specifications, for forming concrete structures.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Certified in OSHA 10 standards.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and construction project management processes is preferred.

Position Summary:

The Field Engineer in heavy civil construction plays a vital role in supporting project execution by managing on-site engineering functions, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining quality control. This position involves coordinating project schedules, reviewing plans, and overseeing daily field activities to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting and participation in following project functions and duties.

• Track and verify accuracy of project productions, cost coding of manhours, equipment and in-place quantities are documented daily. Prepare and submit accurate project cost reporting, revenue, and cash flow projections.
• Assist in project engineering activities that comply with the company's process, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Actively participate in project submittal process to ensure timely receipt, review and approval of submittals and shop drawings, as-builts, and other contract required documentation and project RFI process to ensure timely receipt, review, response close out.
• Actively participate in project quality control and quality assurance plans to ensure work is constructed in compliance and is accurately documented through clear and traceable records keeping and reporting.
• Provide technical support for, construction planning, interpretation of design and the development of efficient construction methods.
• Develop and produce required design, drawings, engineering calcs, for project components or activities such as crane/hoisting lifts, temporary structures or works, falsework, shoring, formwork, safety systems, etc.
• Actively participate in project close-out including, required documentation, timely management of punch list, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover.
• Assist in interpretation and dissemination of drawings, specifications, and other relevant project documents, for field crews and craft supervision.
• Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed and installed materials and work.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of Job/ Activity Hazard Analysis, Construction Work Plans, and work packages.
• Assist in field surveying and project layout including elevations, control points, and compilation of as-built data.
• Track and verify accuracy of project productions, cost coding of manhours, equipment and in-place quantities are documented daily.
• Assist in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA's).
• Participate in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, and safety training.
• Order and schedule material deliveries.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and technical drafting to support field operations.
• Participate in CPM schedule maintenance and performing updates as directed by others.
• Assist in the maintenance of project recordkeeping and correspondence functions including daily reports, photographs, requests for information (RFIs), and memorandums.
• Participate in project daily data entry, for project tracking including, productions, labor, equipment, etc. and participate in reviewing cost reports with jobsite management.
• Assist in identifying and documenting, change orders and as-built data to be reviewed by the Project Manager.
• Provide overall support to project field operations.

Qualifications:

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and or two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in heavy-civil construction projects.
• Preferred 2+ years' construction field experience on heavy civil or infrastructure related projects.
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, BlueBeam.
• Preferred experience utilizing; HCSS HeavyJob, Vista, CAD, P6.
• Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

The Crane Operator ensures the safe, efficient, and precise operation of assigned equipment, supporting critical construction activities such as pile driving, steel erection, and bridge construction. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, thorough equipment maintenance, and skilled execution of critical lifts to meet project demands and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
• Complete equipment condition reports, as well as a daily checklist of work to be done on your equipment and provide to the Project Superintendent daily.
• Cleaning the machines regularly. This includes sweeping the cabs and removing trash daily, cleaning the interior weekly, and lubricating doors and windows.
• Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures. Know where all utilities within the work zone are located. Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area.
• Inform your Superintendent or Foreman daily of your equipment fuel status so the fuel truck can be scheduled if needed for the next morning.
• Make a note on your equipment report and let your Superintendent know if you need any supplies, i.e.: grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, etc.
• Read and understand load chart, plan and assist with critical lifts, be able to set up cranes for heavy lifts and be able to control crane movement in response to hand signals and radio commands.

Qualifications:

• Valid crane operator license, NCCCO preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with pile driving, steel erection and bridge construction.
• Hydraulic and friction crane experience.
• OSHA 10.

Summary:

Essential Work Functions:

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital's system
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
• Ability to adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice
