Senior UX Product Designer
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Duration: 6–12 month contract (potential to convert)
Pay Rate: $93/hr

We are partnering with a leading global organization to hire a Senior UX Product Designer to support the development of a new AI-driven, personalized learning platform. This is a highly impactful role focused on taking an early-stage concept and bringing it into production.
This position requires a hands-on designer who can operate in ambiguity, define product direction, and provide clear design guidance to development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design from concept through implementation
- Translate a rough proof of concept into scalable product workflows and experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Partner closely with product and engineering to define requirements and functionality
- Provide clear design direction to developers to support build and execution
- Contribute to product strategy, feature prioritization, and overall user experience
- Conduct light user research and incorporate insights into design decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing complex web or enterprise applications
- Proven ability to collaborate directly with developers and product teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven products or personalization
- Background in learning platforms, training systems, or LMS tools
- Experience with enterprise or internal-facing tools
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries
- Previous experience in large-scale or global organizations
Additional Details
- Nashville candidates should expect to be onsite up to 5 days per week
- Interview process consists of two rounds (design and product)
