Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor management and invoice processing.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.

Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) preferred.

Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and RealPage software required.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
