Company Overview: Project Types: Diverse commercial, industrial, and manufacturing (both TI and Ground-Up projects) Project Size: Ranging from $2-$10M Project Location: All local to Dane County Project Delivery: Design/Build Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing work to meet contractual milestones.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality and productivity.
Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
