The Clinical Research Nurse, ensures that the health and safety of research participants and the integrity and quality of clinical trials, are maintained and conducted in accordance with federal, state, IRB, departmental, and institutional regulations, policies and procedures. The Clinical Research Nurse will primarily provide nursing expertise and care to research study patient management with primary focus on bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapy clinical trial protocols. In collaboration with multidisciplinary researchers, they may drive research programs through nursing lens and perspective to integrate new advances in clinical trials management. Nurse Coordinator - Cell Therapy (Oncology/Hematology)
The BMT/CAR-T Nurse Coordinator plays a vital role in the multidisciplinary Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant, and Cellular Therapy (HBC) team, providing expert nursing care for patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or CAR T-cell therapy. This position involves managing care for both allogeneic and autologous recipients, as well as donors, throughout
complex treatment processes. The coordinator serves as the primary contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless coordination of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include triaging patient inquiries, educating patients and families about treatment options and changes, and collaborating with the HBC team to optimize patient outcomes. The BMT/CAR-T Nurse Coordinator is dedicated to monitoring and supporting patients, ensuring they achieve their maximum health potential throughout their treatment journey.
EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality programs in compliance with FDA, HACCP, PCQI, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Oversee the QC Lab environment, ensuring all testing and reporting are conducted accurately and efficiently.
Conduct GMP audits, identify areas of non-compliance, and implement corrective actions to address any issues identified.
Manage the allergen and pest control programs, ensuring all requirements are met and potential risks are effectively managed.
Oversee the Positive Release Program, ensuring all products meet the required quality and safety standards before they are released to the market.
Collaborate with the Research & Development team to ensure new products meet all food safety and quality requirements.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze Certificates of Analyses (COA) for all products and materials.
Ensure all line sheets, materials, and other documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Promote a culture of safety within the organization, ensuring all employees are aware of and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a focus on Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
Certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and HACCP certification.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and GMPs.
Experience with CAPA, COA, and other quality control programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
