Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role located in Bibb County, GA. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, customer service, and staff coordination. Key responsibilities include maintaining office efficiency, managing office equipment and supplies, and ensuring excellent communication between team members and clients. The role will also involve supporting other departments to enhance efficiency and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility, utilizing all resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and applicable regulations
• Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Conduct accident investigations when required
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, standards, and procedures
• Motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain a high standard of work
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control
• Organize and plan the work for which you are responsible, ensuring all necessary materials, tools, and information are prepared in advance

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Electrician with minimum of 10 years of experience managing large crews and electrical construction projects with at least 10 years in the electrical trade.
• Must be willing to travel 75%-100% if not local to project. Projects are in varying locations throughout the Southeastern Region - this one in particular is located in Warner Robins, GA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, and familiarity with estimating and other construction software.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge with NEC
• Extensive knowledge of electrical installations
• Experience with Design-Build projects is highly preferred
• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient
• Bilingual: English & Spanish is highly preferred
• Journeyman Electrical License is highly preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred
