Job Responsibilities

• Prior professional sales training preferred.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Assistant Superintendent / Quality Control Manager

Commercial Construction

We are hiring an Assistant Superintendent / Quality Control Manager to support field operations and oversee quality control on ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support Superintendent with daily jobsite supervision and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor field productivity, sequencing, and schedule milestones
• Perform daily quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and building codes
• Manage submittals, inspections, testing logs, and QC documentation
• Identify and resolve deficiencies before inspections, Maintain Master Deficiency List
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, architects, and project managers
• Assist with punch list, closeout, and turnover

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial construction field experience Residential experience will not be considered
• Experience with structural, MEP, and interior build-outs
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
• OSHA 30 preferred

• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
