The Division of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital and the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time Pediatric Otolaryngologist to provide pediatric otolaryngology services in the Chicagoland area. 

This is a non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator position at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include clinical care of pediatric otolaryngology patients, participation in Surgeon of the Week coverage, and active involvement in resident and fellow education.

The ideal candidate will practice the full spectrum of general and complex pediatric otolaryngology with a subspecialty focus in advanced head and neck surgery including congenital masses and cyst, inflammatory neck disorders, salivary gland surgery, thyroid/parathyroid and pediatric head and neck oncology. The role offers opportunity to join a busy surgical practice and a dynamic team at a time of rapid growth. 

Qualified candidates must have completed or be enrolled in an ACGME-accredited pediatric otolaryngology fellowship, are board-certified or board-eligible in otolaryngology, and be board-certified or board-eligible in complex pediatric otolaryngology. Candidates must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.

The start date is negotiable, and the position will remain open until it is filled.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Fellowship trained in the diagnosis and surgical management of Men’s Health issues of Peyronie’s disease, end stage erectile dysfunction, and fertility issues (among others)

· Utilize the Rush Network and Platform to become a leading practitioner in the management of Urologic/Men’s Health diseases in Chicago and the Midwest

· Partnership with the nationally recognized Rush Gender Affirmation program

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
