Manhattan Active WMS Tech Analyst Direct Hire Remote
Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to system configuration, integrations, extensions, and advanced support—helping ensure our technology ecosystem scales with current and future business needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business partners, vendors, and QA teams while owning complex configurations, integrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting in a fast‑paced warehouse and supply chain environment.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and support MAWM solutions using Manhattan Configuration Tools, Config Director, and APIs
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API integrations (JSON/XML) between MAWM and third‑party systems such as ERP and TMS
- Create, deploy, monitor, and manage MAWM extension packs using ProActive
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including deep technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to understand, document, and enhance business and technical requirements
- Participate in the design, build, testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing support of application and infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with IT, QA, and business teams on test planning and execution
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Configuration and extension specifications
- System architecture diagrams
- Integration mappings and API documentation
- Support enterprise initiatives by ensuring MAWM aligns with evolving operational and strategic goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
- Proven experience deploying and managing MAWM extensions using ProActive
- Strong expertise in:
- Manhattan Configuration Tools & Config Director
- API development and integration (REST, JSON/XML)
- Postman scripting and testing
- Experience integrating MAWM via MIF with external systems (ERP, TMS)
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

About the Role
The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in the success of our construction projects. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final completion and client move-in.
You will oversee budget, schedule, quality, and coordination across teams, working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure every project meets Stellar’s high standards.
This position requires someone who can balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution while leading teams with professionalism and accountability.
What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all phases of construction projects including budget, schedule, quality, and personnel
- Lead pre-construction planning meetings with superintendents and project teams
- Negotiate and administer subcontracts and material purchase orders
- Maintain and communicate project budgets and financial forecasts
- Coordinate closely with superintendents to maintain projects on time and in budget
- Develop and manage project schedules and critical path milestones
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and municipalities
- Ensure accurate and organized project recordkeeping
- Provide weekly project status updates to leadership
- Work with property teams to coordinate renovation scopes and schedules
- Lead problem resolution and maintain a collaborative, win-win project environment

* The Equipment: You will operate Volume Mixers (standard and automatic transmissions) and Gunite trucks used for swimming pool construction.
* The Workflow: Your day begins at 5:00 AM. You will load your truck, drive to the job site, and work alongside your crew to run the mix.
* The Schedule: Most days start with one primary project, with the potential for a second job depending on the production schedule.
Compensation & Growth
We believe in paying for performance and offer two distinct paths based on the equipment you operate:
Gunite Crew Path:
* Training: $160.00 per pool.
* Solo Driver: $175.00 per pool once you are in your own truck.
* Earning Potential: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
Volume Mixer Path:
* Training: $20.00 per hour.
* Solo Driver: $24.00 per hour once in your own truck.
* Growth: Guaranteed raise after 6 months.
Cross-Training: We offer opportunities to expand your skills and pay scale by training you on End Dumps and Cement Tankers .
Requirements
* License: Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
* Age: Must be 23 years or older (for insurance purposes).
* Physicality: This is a "working/driving" job; you must be willing to assist the crew with loading and operations.
