What You Will Do

  • Responsible for test strategy for all aspects of the program and defines metrics to gauge progress.

  • Responsible for defining or optimizing test environments and requirements to ensure on-time deliveries.

  • Responsible for interface and coordination with internal and external organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and reporting activities.

  • Extensive interaction with Program Managers, Directorate Leads, Chief Engineers, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Coordinate with other program disciplines to draw on their SMEs to address emergent issues across the systems, software, and hardware domains.

  • Represent the interests of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) discipline on the program.

  • Knowledge base for Model Based Systems Engineering and how to use this in Integration and Test for test strategy.

Job Summary

The Transformational Beginning (TrB) Coach will support and provide services to young adults (YAs) in UTEC's Transformational Beginnings (TrB) programming from the time they join UTEC until they move on to the Workforce Programming Phase.   • Manage a portfolio of proven risk young men and women with various risk factors during their time in Transformational Beginnings
  • Communicate with each Transformational Beginnings (TrB) young adult frequently to understand who they are and to build a sense of trust
  • Follow up daily with TrB young adults who miss programming to encourage participation and engagement
  • Create an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for each TrB young adult with written details of the supports, activities, and resources required for the individual to achieve personal goals
  • Work with individuals to address barriers and opportunities in their ISPs

  • Document all assessment service plans, and any important and or critical information that pertains to the TrB young adults in UTEC's performance measurement software
