The PA will help manage patients pre-and post-operatively in the office and will assist with peri-operative rounding in the hospital. The PA will be responsible for performing comprehensive physical examinations, reviewing each patient with the doctor, communicating with the patient care pathway, ordering conservative treatments, and managing prescribed medications. The Physician Assistant will see patients at the office on clinic days, will assist with surgery on surgical days, and will round on patients in the hospital.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests

- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care
