JOB DESCRIPTION
This role offers the opportunity to handle complex maritime, energy, and general casualty litigation for long-standing domestic and international clients. The position is well-suited for a litigation-focused attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long-term growth within a collaborative, trial-driven practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling maritime, energy, and general casualty litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Leading motion practice, discovery strategy, depositions, and overall case management
- Appearing in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, as appropriate
- Working directly with national and international clients, including major insurers and underwriters
- Collaborating closely with experienced trial attorneys in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of substantial litigation experience (Maritime OR Insurance Defense)
- Strong background in motion practice, discovery management, and depositions
- Trial and courtroom experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with maritime, energy, insurance defense, or general casualty litigation is a plus
- Licensed to practice law in Louisiana
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Performs a variety of fundamental field engineering tasks under general supervision of a senior level engineer, involved in the installation, operations, testing and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems.
Conducts research and reference reading to assist higher-level engineers in obtaining technical information and keeps informed of currently approved standards, codes, and procedures applied to engineering specialty.
Performs engineering or other highly technical tasks that are varied and may be somewhat difficult in character.
Plans and carries out successive engineering steps and resolves technical problems by standard practices and techniques, such as tolerance studies and design calculations.
Supports projects with limited scope or parts of more complex projects with detailed instructions on the intent and scope of the documents to be prepared.
Generate sections of design specifications of more complex projects or complete specifications of less complex projects.
Using computer-assisted test methods, conducts laboratory investigations on equipment or systems.
Assists in preparation of reports, correspondence or technical studies.
Studies currently approved standards, codes, and procedures applied to the engineering specialty.
Prepare, deliver and submit technical presentations for in-process design and review meetings.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS The candidate must meet the following requirements: Experience working with enterprise IT hardware or digital video projection systems or aircraft simulators or military aircraft instrumentation/avionics.
Interpret building blueprints, electrical and mechanical schematics.

REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline or formal academic/vocational/military training and a minimum of 7 or more years of technical/professional experience in the specialty field.
Must have a professional knowledge of applicable engineering concepts and principles, and a familiarity with related engineering fields.
Must have a practical knowledge of test methods and practices sufficient to perform routine to more complex engineering procedures and to prepare or make minor modifications of standard test procedures or test equipment work instructions.
Incumbent must have a valid, current state driver's license.
Must qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance.

GENERAL DUTIES:
Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist shall provide nuclear imaging services to the patient. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist shall administer Radiopharmaceuticals to the patient, operate imaging equipment and develop film/images while participating in quality control procedures and maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintains all records required for patient documentation and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and state agencies. These records include receipt, disposal of, and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, radioactive survey results, radioactive source inventory and quality control logs. The nuclear medicine technologist's performance and behavior shall be both reflective and supportive of the Mission Statement and Core Values of the hospital. - Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.

Job Description:
- 7+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- 2+ years of experience in testing and validating ETL processes and data workflows, including data integrity, transformation validation, and end-to-end data pipeline testing.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#.
- Hands-on experience in API and web services testing using automation tools such as Apache JMeter and Rest Assured.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
- Experience executing and managing automated test scripts within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
- Ability to integrate automated test execution into continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows to support automated validation during builds and deployments.
- Experience analyzing test results, troubleshooting failures, and improving reliability of automated test frameworks.
- Good understanding of test orchestration, and automated test reporting in CI/CD environments.
- Good to have: Experience testing applications deployed in cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services.
- Strong collaboration skills with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
