• Proficient in Freight Forwarding softwares (CargoWise, SAP, AS400)

The Senior Executive Officer will lead Metro’s Project Controls Department, responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of Metro's capital projects and its initiatives. The department handles all critical project controls functions and reporting, which includes scheduling, cost control, forecasting, estimating, document control, and risk management. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes best practices for successful completion of transportation projects in coordination with internal management, outside agencies, and consultants
• Directs the establishment and implementation of projects policies, procedures, safety and work standards, and controls
• Provides policy recommendations, technical assistance, and information to the Board of Directors, executive management, and departments involved in the implementation and management of the projects
• Monitors funding plans for each project
• Assists in securing required funding for projects; ensures that funding is in place when required for project expenses

Minimum Qualifications:

The Manager, Item Master is responsible for overseeing product data governance, item master accuracy, and operational performance across marketplace platforms. This role ensures data integrity, streamlined onboarding, and optimized marketplace execution to support sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Vendor Catalog process to ensure we are receiving vendor’s complete product assortment with all necessary attribution.

• Work cross-functionally with Merchandise and Marketing to ensure site is displaying all necessary product information and items are able to be found by customers.

• Automate workflows and processes to allow products to be purchased on site as quickly and accurately as possible.

• Operationally support the selling of products on a variety of marketplaces

• Collaborate with reporting team to ensure attribution of items allow for detailed reporting and analysis to support core business functions.

• Lead and develop a team responsible for item master data and marketplace execution.

• Establish performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching.

Required Skills:

Education and Experience:
