Position Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Product Manager (Payments) to support payment-related initiatives for the FashionGo platform. This short-term role (approximately 3–4 months, subject to change based on business needs) will focus on online payment systems, integrations, and payment workflow enhancements.
The Product Manager will own specific payment initiatives end-to-end, including identifying user and business problems, defining solutions, coordinating development, and supporting release and evaluation cycles.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of diagnosing user and business problems specifically related to payment workflows, transaction processing, and payment platform integrations, and drive solutions through development, launch, and post-release improvement.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify payment-related issues, analyze root causes, and derive actionable improvements for payment processes.
- Define and write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for payment features and integrations, grounded in system logic and business workflows, ensuring development teams have clear and actionable guidance.
- Translate complex payment system behaviors and user needs into structured requirements, including use cases, transaction flows, error handling scenarios, and edge cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, finance, and UX—to support successful implementation and iteration of payment features and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Korean Bilingual.
- 3+ years of proven experience in taking full ownership of payment-related products or features, driving them end-to-end from problem definition through development, launch, and post-release improvement.
- Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify issues in payment workflows, diagnose root causes, and define actionable solutions.
- Strong ability to document payment system logic and translate it into clear PRDs, functional specifications, and workflows that guide engineering and design teams.
- Demonstrated experience in breaking down complex payment systems—including transaction flows, integrations, and error handling—into structured requirements and actionable development tasks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and UX, to deliver payment feature enhancements and ensure seamless payment operations.
