Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Clinical Information Systems Analyst to join our Tech Services team.
As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of our clinical applications.

Responsibilities: 1.
Implement and develop assigned clinical applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our healthcare providers and patients.
2.
Actively participate in workflow design, build, implementation, evaluation, and end-user education.

Work closely with internal resources and vendors to upgrade applicable software or enhancements, including testing any new functionalities, enhancements, or upgrades.
4.
Lead new projects as assigned, including delegating work and reviewing others' work products.
5.
Analyze applications and make recommendations for improvement.
6.
Troubleshoot problems and errors produced by applications and end-users, working closely with end-users and vendors to effectively correct the problems.
7.
Support and troubleshoot interfaces for inbound/outbound data.
8.
Determine operational objectives by analyzing functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
9.
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
10.
Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
11.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelorβs Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2.
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional 4 years of experience in a related field is required.
3.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Health/Cerner, including implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
4.
Experience in a healthcare setting is required.
5.
Strong analytical skills to find solutions to complex technical or administrative problems.
6.
Ability to assess the economic feasibility of options and the time involved in system changes.
7.
Excellent documentation skills in business language.
8.
Ability to communicate the impact and solutions of application/system problems in business language.
9.
Proven track record of managing projects and delegating work effectively.
10.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting interfaces for inbound/outbound data.

This role will play a critical part in launching Goodwill SoCalβs first fully integrated CRM and loyalty ecosystemβconnecting retail shoppers, donors, e-commerce customers, and program participants into a unified engagement platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities CRM & Loyalty Program Strategy Lead the end-to-end implementation of Goodwill SoCalβs CRM platform in partnership with internal teams and external system integrators.
Develop and manage the strategy for Goodwill SoCalβs loyalty program, including acquisition, engagement, rewards, and lifecycle marketing.
Define customer segmentation strategies across key audiences: retail shoppers, donors, e-commerce customers, job program participants, and community supporters.
Establish data governance and customer data standards to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance.
Campaign Development & Marketing Automation Build and execute CRM-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels to drive store traffic, conversion, and retention.
Create automated customer journeys including welcome flows, win-back campaigns, donor stewardship, and loyalty milestones.
Partner with Brand, Retail, Digital, and E-Commerce teams to ensure CRM is embedded across all campaigns.
Data, Insights & Performance Optimization Own CRM and loyalty program reporting, KPIs, and insights (e.g., active customers, repeat rate, lifetime value, redemption, churn).
Translate customer data into actionable marketing strategies that improve revenue and engagement.
Test, optimize, and continuously improve campaigns using A/B testing and performance insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary CRM & loyalty liaison between Marketing, IT, Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Workforce Development, and Finance.
Partner with POS, eBay, and digital platform teams to ensure seamless data integration and customer experience.
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all communications follow privacy and data regulations.
Vendor & Platform Management Manage relationships with CRM platform providers, loyalty vendors, and marketing automation partners.
Oversee platform configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmap development.
Own CRM-related budgets, contracts, and ongoing optimization planning.
