Working on-site at a major medical center, the Hospice Care Planner is responsible for evaluating and establishing a plan of care for patients referred for Hospice Care services. The Hospice Care Planner will facilitate admission of referrals upon discharge from the hospital to a Hospice program that meets the needs of the patient and family members. As a key member of the business development and marketing team, the Hospice Care Planner develops and maintains positive relationships with physicians, social workers, case managers and discharge planners within the medical center.
• Licensed with current Registration to practice as Registered Professional Nurse in NYS is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must have a minimum of two years experience in Hospice nursing with proficiency in physical assessment and interviewing skills.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provider is one of a group of MDs and NPs who staff palliative care consultation services that function as programs of MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care. The NP Provider may work in a nursing home, hospital or community environment. Specialist skills in symptom management, communication including goal setting discussions, and hospice eligibility review, and may work independently or as part of a treatment team. Initial patient encounters are in response to consultation requests, and the initial consultation may be followed by one or more visits, as appropriate to the referral questions and status of the patient and family. The care plan advanced by the NP Provider aims to prevent or mitigate illness burden for the patient and family. Each encounter comports with best practices of specialist palliative care, including history-taking, appropriate examination, formulation and care planning, treatment recommendation or implementation, communication, and documentation. Other responsibilities include developing quality initiatives, educating staff, and supporting hospice operations through participation in the provider on call rotation and performance of face to face encounters as needed.

Job Description
As a Technical Lead (SAP) in the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) area we expect this
developer to participate in project ABAP Build and development activities to
support the successful business adoption of the new solution. Requires a strong
understanding of Supply Chain principles and proven experience designing and
delivering high-quality, clean core solutions through technical development to
meet overall business requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain SAP solutions for Procure-to-Pay processes including

Participate in the design and development of integrations between SAP and

- Bachelor degree in engineering/architecture/construction related field from an accredited college or university.
- 10-15 years experience in a general contractor
- Shall have the ability to understand and interpret contract documents such as specifications, drawings and shop drawings.
- Shall have experience in renovation type construction.
- Shall have a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel to jobsites out of state for extended periods of time.
- The ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not necessary.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technical Engineer to deliver expert technical support, address complex technical challenges, and contribute to product development initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers, leads customer trials, troubleshoots systems, and ensures all products align with customer specifications and requirements. Travel to customer and vendor sites is an essential component of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product development projects for both existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with quality and process engineers to define and refine customer specifications.
- Design, develop, and execute test methods to verify product quality and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site trials alongside production and quality teams.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide technically sound solution recommendations.
- Record and document trial processes and product parameters using MES, SAP, Excel, Mini-Tab, and other systems.
- Perform systems troubleshooting through deductive reasoning and technical expertise.
- Prepare precise, detailed, and customer-facing documentation.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
- Mentor employees to encourage professional growth and knowledge development.
- Represent Mondi at industry associations, including PSTC, TLMI, and CELAB.
- Address customer inquiries related to product safety, such as Proposition 65, REACH, and heavy metal content.
- Maintain and administer internal product specification systems within SAP.
- Travel to customer and vendor locations as required, occasionally on short notice.
- Assist in quality complaint investigations and conduct root cause analysis.
- Partner with suppliers to develop and optimize raw materials for product applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, packaging technology, chemical engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paper, packaging, or a similar industry.
- Background in data networks troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and execute tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Industry certification such as CTS preferred.
- Proven project management experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.

The Role
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating high-quality opportunities through outbound activity and early-stage engagement with prospective clients. This role does not include line management but does offer the opportunity to shape how outbound business development operates as the US team continues to grow.
You will be based primarily in our East Rutherford office, working closely with the wider team, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Book and develop high-quality sales appointments for the wider commercial team.
- Own outbound messaging and activity across defined sectors or regions.
- Test, refine, and improve outreach strategies to increase conversion and pipeline quality.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, verticals, and trends.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth handover and strong client experience.
- Represent Best.Energy USA professionally and confidently with prospective clients.

Compensation
Base salary: $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience
Commission: Performance-based, with realistic opportunity to earn an additional $30,000-$40,000 per year
