As the Speech Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to treating speech and language disorders, and functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Speech Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of speech therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
* Evaluates the patient's level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Assists the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care
* Treats patients to communicate effectively by expressing thoughts according to the patient's condition using acceptable standards of practice
* Observes, records, and reports to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition
* Instructs the patient, the family and/or caregiver and other members of the health care team in areas of speech therapy in which they can participate

Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to support the Effectors portfolio of factories in Tucson, Arizona to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver increasing value to the customer. Industrial Engineers are responsible for Labor Performance Analyses, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Manpower Planning, Factory Layouts, Factory Simulations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and more. What You Will Do
- Model factory operations by generating process flows, value stream maps, pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings to graphically show production processes, the movement of material, the exchange of information, and key performance indicators
- Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints
- Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce undesirable effects, improve efficiency, and meet or exceed cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals
- Influence factory roadmaps and investment strategies by drafting infrastructure improvement and expansion proposals, and planning the integration of new products, technologies, and equipment that create a competitive advantage
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects that address obsolescence, improve factory performance, and promote growth
- Support new production contract/new product proposals and new product integration efforts
- Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR an applicable STEM Master’s degree.
- Experience in the application of industrial engineering tools and methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Modeling, Facility Design, or Process Optimization
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. Interim Secret security clearance required on day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar engineering discipline

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
- Qualified candidates must have experience with digital, analog and/or RF testing and experience debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems. Knowledge of RF / microwave devices preferred.

- Experience in applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements.
- Experience in resolving production issues with suppliers and sub-tier suppliers.
- Technical writing and formal presentation experience
