• Partner with operations and leadership to integrate safety into daily operations
• Manage regulatory reporting, permits, and required documentation
• Support workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs
• Travel regularly to regional sites as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of EHS experience (multi-site or regional experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and safety training
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CIH, or CHMM
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Combination of office and field-based work
• Ability to walk industrial/manufacturing sites and wear required PPE
• Flexibility to support multiple operational locations
