Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE: Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thoroughknowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care topatients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascularclinical care during established procedures.Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES). Responsibilities:
Performs and supervises modality daily operations and provides leadership relative to the assigned area. This position requires 70 percent patient care and 30 percent supervisory functions. Promotes and advocates imaging services by remaining abreast of the latest changes in technology and equipment. The Lead Radiological Technologist ensures accreditations standards are maintained as well as performs a variety of tasks involving the operation of MRI equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate. Works closely with department Managers to ensure that the department is adequately staffed for 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-years of technical experience.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT. Must maintain current CEU?s as required by the State.
