Overview
Seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance (AR) Consultant to support end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, optimize order-to-cash operations, and ensure accurate financial outcomes through collaboration with business and IT teams.
Description
- Configure and support AR processes including customer master, billing, invoicing, payments, clearing, dunning, and period-end close
- Manage credit/debit memos, collections, disputes, and credit management
- Ensure accurate postings and reconciliation using S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- Support payment processing (manual, lockbox, electronic) and cash application
- Design and maintain integrations with external systems (customer portals, payment gateways)
- Collaborate on interfaces (APIs, IDocs, BAPIs) and ensure secure data exchange
- Support ECM solutions for invoice/document management
- Partner with cross-functional teams (CO, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Treasury)
- Participate in full project lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Create documentation, training materials, and provide user support
- Troubleshoot AR issues and drive process improvements and standardization
Requirements
- 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) experience with a focus on AR
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end AR processes and ACDOCA
- Experience with AR configuration (customer master, payments, dunning)
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, IDocs, BAPIs) and external systems (EDI, bank interfaces)
- ECM experience (e.g., OnBase) preferred
- Knowledge of integration with CO and Revenue Accounting is a plus
- Experience in implementation or support projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

The SAP SD Analyst supports the organisation’s order-to-cash and service delivery processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations through the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP SD module.
This role partners closely with business stakeholders across sales, customer service, and production environments to ensure SAP solutions align with operational requirements and integrate seamlessly within the broader SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on Level 2 support, troubleshooting and resolving issues across SAP SD processes
- Monitor order-to-cash transactions to ensure process adherence, data accuracy, and system integrity
- Configure and support core SAP SD functionalities, including:
- Order management
- Pricing and billing
- Delivery processing
- Returns and credit management
- Support service-based processes (e.g., after-sales service, service orders) and/or production-related sales flows
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, PP, FI, and EWM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD enhancements
- Create functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on developments (e.g., RICEFW objects)
- Develop and execute test scripts, including unit testing and support for UAT and integration testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring adoption of best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales, service, and production processes
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of SAP SD experience in a functional or analyst capacity
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Experience working in service-based and/or production/manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Sales order processing
- Pricing and billing configuration
- Deliveries and shipping
- Returns and credit processes
- Experience with integration points between SD and other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience supporting testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
- Exposure to S/4HANA environments preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Fiori and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices)
- Exposure to service management processes or after-sales support models

The Medical Account Executive is responsible for the promotion and sale of technology solutions to Acute Care, Ambulatory Care and Long Term Care facilities within a designated territory. In addition to a strong background in technology, this individual will work with customers to determine their business requirements, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
