Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity.
This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12.
You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.
Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional and ROTH 401(k) offering.
Qualifications: You qualify for the GS-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: A minimum of three (3) years full-time general work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet and deal with people and the ability to learn and be able to apply a body of facts; OR Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four (4)-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of successfully completed college education AND general work experience.

Utilizing observational techniques, evaluating facts, and reviewing documentation while applying Federal, State, or local laws and regulations.
Making determinations in compliance with laws and regulations that may lead to arrests, seizure of property, fines, and/or penalties based on findings.
OR for the GS-7 grade level: Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (3.0 or higher), or (3) honor society membership; OR one (1) full year of graduate-level education.
This education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work; OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized work experience equivalent to the next lower grade level AND graduate level education from an accredited college or university.

- Perform regional anesthesia blocks independently (adductor canal, TAP, iPACK, interscalene, lower extremity/popliteal, occasional PECS)
- Manage spinals and epidurals—perform procedures without overnight stay following epidural placement when indicated
- Participate in the call rotation (every other night and weekend) as part of the CRNA team
- Document all perioperative and anesthesia care accurately in Epic EMR

Job Summary: The Production Assistant is responsible for collecting all products from the end of the production line and packing the products per customer or job requirements. This position is also responsible for keeping the products and quantities grouped with respective orders. We have 1st shift and 2nd shift positions open. 1st shift works Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:00pm. 2nd Shift works Monday-Thursday 1:45pm-11:45pm. This is a temporary summer position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Takes direction from the machine operators and/or production supervisor and completes assignments in a timely manner to ensure job requirements are met
- Collecting products from production line; packing jobs according to specifications; establishes counts, validates quantities, and product orientation
- Performs systematic checks of product to ensure requirements are met, identifies quality issues and alerts the machine operators
- Maintains general appearance of surrounding press; picking up waste, wiping spills and cleaning machines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- General mathematical skills
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to differentiate colors in order to distinguish printing errors
- Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
- Communicates clearly with others and works as a team member
- High level of attention to detail and task orientated
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to push, lift and pull up to 30 lbs. repetitively during shift

The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.
