With a commitment to patient- and family-centered care, the Certified Wound Continence and Ostomy
Nurse uses the nursing process in ways that values the uniqueness of each individual and addresses the
physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the diversity of patients served by Jefferson
Health. The Certified Wound Continence and Ostomy Nurse is a registered nurse with certification in this
specialty (CWON or CWOCN). He/she functions independently and collaboratively with the
multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care for patients with wound, ostomy, and continence
concerns in the acute care setting.
The Certified Wound Continence and Ostomy Nurse influences patient care both directly, through the
provision of hands-on care, and indirectly, by serving as an educator, consultant, researcher, or
administrator guiding the provision of optimal patient care to patients with wound, ostomy, or continence
concerns. The Certified Wound Continence and Ostomy Nurse participates in patient care assessment,
planning, implementation, and evaluation for inpatients.
Job Description
Essential Functions

Participates in patient care assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for outpatients
with wound and/or ostomy care needs.
In this role, teaching and support is given to the patient and/or caregiver. She/He provides care for
stomas, complex wounds, fistulae, pressure ulcers, and fecal and urinary incontinence. The CWON or
CWOCN Nurse provides specialized knowledge and skill to assist physicians and nursing staff with the
management and teaching of patients with complex skin care needs, and guidance for selection of
related product formulary.
Provides specialized knowledge and skill to assist physicians and nursing staff with the management
and teaching of patients with ostomies or patients with complex skin care needs.
Acquires and maintains current knowledge in nursing practice to deliver quality patient care.
The Certified Wound Continence and Ostomy Nurse provides mentoring for hospital staff in relation
to these issues and assists in setting guidelines for patient care. These services and processes are
performed in accordance with standards of care and hospital guidelines.
Leads, coordinates and carries out a wound care shared governance committee which includes
collection and reporting of data such as incidence, prevalence, and pressure injury prevention
interventions.
Conducts product review related to wound and ostomy care collecting recommendations, evaluations
and development of protocols for utilization.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors of Nursing required; Masters in Nursing preferred
AND
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in medical surgical nursing.
Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; BLS required based on organizational
guidelines/polices; Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) or Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence
Nurse (CWOCN) required.
Salary Range
$86,356.01 to $123,056.83 Annual

Basic Function
The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services at Maryville Integrated Care. As a member of the executive leadership team, the DON ensures safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. The DON oversees clinical standards, compliance, staff development, and quality improvement, while fostering a collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams to drive positive client outcomes.
Essential Functions
Leadership & Administration
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight of all nursing services and staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in organizational planning, program development, and budget management for nursing services.
- Oversee staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, competency development, and succession planning.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey, in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred. Certifications like CARN, PMH-BC, or ACLS/BLS are a plus. (equivalent leadership experience may be considered).
Experience

Position: Senior Technical Sales Representative
Location: US – Remote (Northeast)

Responsible for the sale of activated carbon, equipment and services as well as growing and maintaining current business relationships within the defined geographical and/or market specific territories. This position is responsible for municipal and/or industrial sales for various markets such as environmental, chemical, food, drinking water, wastewater, groundwater, and process applications, and requires selling/influencing decision makers in procurement, operations, management, consulting engineers, general contractors, etc. Typical territory revenue responsibility $12-$20 MM (not confined to this range). This role has more autonomy for managing his/her territory than the TSR IV role.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Prepare and document all sales proposals and customer communications as required by the company and business unit directives. This will include the use of GCRM to record and share meaningful customer and market information, bid results, competitive pricing, and other relevant activities
- Update sales forecast on a regular basis
- Keep the manager informed of all activities, including business threats and opportunities, in the assigned customer and market territory
- Assist with Accounts Receivables as needed
- Expand and strengthen the assigned business portfolio by driving strategic growth initiatives and cultivating high-value relationships across target markets
- Identify and secure new opportunities through proactive engagement, market intelligence, and alignment with organizational objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends
- Build trusted, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across consulting engineering firms, utilities, and manufacturing companies, ensuring tailored solutions and long-term value through best-in-class business practices
- Conduct all activities with a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental awareness
- Promote safe business practices through professional behavior and by supporting company policies and standards in interactions with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Attend and be involved with market specific conferences and organizations
- Influence/Drive the creation of marketing collateral through communication of market specific needs
- Coordinate and participate in webinars, seminars and/or Lunch and Learns, as needed, to educate customers, prospects, engineering firms, and other stakeholders
- Responsible for the achievement of geographical territory annual sales, profit, and other plan goals
- Conduct regular outbound sales calls to prospect, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a full and healthy sales pipeline
- Initiate follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients to build relationships, address needs and advance opportunities through the sales cycle
- Assigned to special projects or initiatives on an as-needed basis
- Organize and/or present relevant technical-based presentations to customers, engineering firms and other market influencers or stakeholders
- Execute market strategies to strengthen Calgon Carbon’s position versus the competition
- Conduct activities in accordance with the marketing plan and sales strategies for assigned customer and market responsibilities
- Actively participate in training activities
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required
- An MBA is preferred
- 7-10 years of Technical Sales Experience is required
- Experience in chemical manufacturing/industrial sales is preferred
