Job Purpose:
The DHL Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Cargo Claims Handler – Recovery to join our regional Center of Excellence. This role supports the Claims & Recovery function by ensuring timely and accurate handling of cargo claims and contributing to efficient recovery efforts across the U.S. and Canada.
Your Tasks:
- Support the recovery process by identifying and assisting with the pursuit of liable third parties, including carriers and subcontractors.
- Manage assigned cargo and freight recovery claims in a timely, accurate, and customer‑focused manner.
- Conduct initial investigations to ensure claims are processed efficiently, with appropriate documentation and follow‑up.
- Assist in loss mitigation activities and participate in root‑cause analysis where needed.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date entries in the claims management system for reporting and monitoring.

- Assist in preparing customer claims reports and conducting basic data reviews.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Actively participate as a member of the North America Claims Team, supporting a culture of operational excellence.
Your Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in cargo claims handling or recovery, preferably with exposure to ocean, air, or inland marine cargo.
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with transportation liability frameworks (e.g., COGSA, Montreal Convention, Carmack Amendment) is preferred.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or marine insurance is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of end‑to‑end claims processes.
- Experience in a global or cross-border work environment is a plus.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Responsibilities
- Perform quality CT exams with using the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure and protocols
- Participate in all aspects of care of the CT patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area
- Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures

Qualifications
Education/Accredited Programs
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Minimum of one year of radiologic technologist experience with CT responsibilities preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations
- Current BLS Certification
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- CT certified or ARRT registry eligible. Eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire
Experience/Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to hold a high level of clinical and professional accountability
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, students, staff, and physicians
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our patients and stakeholders
- Ability to coach and teach less experienced team members

Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $33.08 to $49.62 per hour. Responsibilities
- Performs quality ultrasound exams with the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure protocols.
- Provides for appropriate patient care, safety, education, and an exceptional customer service experience during procedures.
- Maintains appropriate documentation of patient records
- Presents appropriate filming and technical findings of ultrasound scans to the radiologist/cardiologist.
Education/Accredited Programs
- Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound Program
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations
- ARDMS or ARRT registered or registry eligible in an Ultrasound discipline (i.e.OB/GYN, ABD, Breast or Cardiac Echo). Eligible candidates must obtain certification within two years of hire date.

The Impact You Can Make
The Clinical Lab Technologist (MT) performs medical laboratory tests and analyses to provide data for diagnosis and treatment of patients. These tests are associated with biochemical, blood banking, hematological, microbiological, and urinalysis procedures. May supervise 2-3 support staff.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology, OR BS in one of the biological, chemical , or physical sciences.; AND/OR meets all of the educational and experience requirements for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist according to Part 58 of 10NYCRR Subpart 58-1 Clinical Laboratories of the NYSDOH code.
- Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by the New York State Education Department is required.
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) registration preferred.
