Location: Liberty, MO - Onsite
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr.
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday | 40 hours

Job Overview
- We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst I to support business operations by analyzing requirements, improving systems, and driving IT solutions aligned with company goals.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of business analysis, systems knowledge, and SDLC experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements across supported functions
- Translate business needs into system and technical solutions
- Participate in development and support of applications, systems, and interfaces
- Lead and support IT projects across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Evaluate and recommend cost-effective technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Prepare documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership
- Provide ongoing system support and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or enterprise systems
- Knowledge of system integrations and interfaces
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
- Basic technical or programming understanding
