General Summary of Position
Provides pharmaceutical care to assigned patients under the supervision of a more senior clinical pharmacist/manager. Primary Duties: 

• Maintains and demonstrates thorough understanding and clinical competency for all exams and equipment of multiple modalities. • Responsible for maintenance and care of departmental facilities in compliance with all hospital infection control policies. All treatment rooms/areas are cleaned and stocked. Provides the utmost attention to the individual medical needs, dignity, and comfort of all patients in support of the established mission and values.  

• Implements staffing schedule and responds to daily staffing of department or clinic needs. Coordinates quality management activities including QA projects. Provides staff orientation, mentoring, and training to new department employees. Coordinates and reports on customer satisfaction projects and activities. Completes performance appraisals of department employees in conjunction with Director. Initiates corrective action, as needed, to department employees up to, and including, written warnings with Director.
