Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. The LPN must possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed. Demonstrates ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions and respond effectively to assist in an emergent situation.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents. Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Job Summary
Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients and all organizational staff.

Possesses an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy. Conducts self professionally at all times, even during moments of high stress.
Assists when necessary with the maintenance of accreditation requirements and processes. Understands age-related protocols for various testing. Coordinate work with physicians or other healthcare team members, including providing assistance during invasive procedures when applicable.
Supervises and train students and medical sonographers as needed. Reports and calls in-service requests on equipment when needed.

Job Summary

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society (GSS) locations only, employees who do not possess a Bachelor's degree, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor's degree within five years of hire into position. Additionally for Rural Health Network facilities Good Samaritan Society (GSS) locations, for current employees, leadership may have considered acceptable qualifications and work experience equivalency based on facility size, rural market, and business need, prior to new Sanford education requirements.
Five years nursing experience required. Housing with Services, housing and urban development (HUD), and/or assisted living experience also helpful. Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care, and a working knowledge of administrative and management techniques.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Qualifications
