Position Summary

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Property Manager who will be supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations and financial management of our client's retail shopping center portfolio. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong tenant and vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting financial and administrative functions, and ensuring properties are operated efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with our clients standards.

Must Haves:

• 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience required; retail property experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and work with tables.
• Experience using Prism Realty Software or comparable property management/accounting systems for tenant billing, rent collections, late fees, and financial reporting.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Day 2 Day

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations of 5 retail shopping centers, fostering positive working relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal team members.
• Coordinate, track, and follow up on maintenance and service requests; work closely with maintenance engineers to prioritize and dispatch work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with the solicitation, evaluation, and preparation of vendor bids, contracts, and service agreements.
• Support rent collection efforts, including monitoring delinquencies, preparing late notices, and following up with tenants as needed.
• Track, code, and process vendor invoices through property management and accounts payable software.
• Conduct routine property inspections, document deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and assist with implementation of solutions.
• Track service contracts and certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants; manage tenant COI collection and compliance.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including tracking construction documents, permits, welcome letters, certificates of insurance, and processing tenant improvement reimbursements.
• Assist with the preparation, monitoring, and implementation of annual operating budgets; support long-term financial planning and capital planning initiatives.
• Provide administrative and accounting support related to property management functions as needed.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire. 
• In addition to meeting the requirements of an OR Tech I position, must also be competent to perform as first scrub in three of the four following specialty areas: Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine and Vascular Surgery.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Tech contributes to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making.

What you will do in this role:

• Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with Association of Surgical Technologists
• Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
• Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
• Assist in the turnover of the O.R. suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
• Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available

Qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (preferred)
• One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment ***Online certification not acceptable

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery 
• Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices 
• Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency 
• Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control 
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts 

What Does PCT Essentials Training Provide to our employees?

• Facilitated classroom orientation rather than home-study online learning
• Time in class to complete some individual on-line learning modules such as BLS (hands-on skill pass off will be completed in class)

• Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT) preferred.
