Job Title: Safety Coordinator – Warehouse/Distribution (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Woodridge, IL (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Morning Shifts

Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Safety Coordinator with warehouse or distribution experience to join a fast-paced operations team at a leading packaging and distribution facility. This role is primarily safety-focused for candidates who enjoy being on the floor, driving safety culture, and ensuring compliance in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily/weekly warehouse safety inspections
• Identify hazards and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Lead safety training (forklift, PPE, emergency response)
• Track and manage incidents, near-misses, and injury logs
• Investigate workplace accidents and implement corrective actions
• Partner with operations to maintain a safe and compliant environment
• Spend significant time on the warehouse floor
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
• 2+ years of safety experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, and safety training
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse setting
• Basic exposure to HR or documentation is a plus (not required)
• Experience supporting warehouse teams and supervisors

• Instructional Designer – HR Technology & Workday Enablement
• We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join the Global Learning team, with a strong focus on enabling enterprise HR technology transformations, including a Workday Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)/Human Capital Management (HCM) transition. In this role, this individual will design, develop, and manage learning experiences that support large-scale system adoption, behavior change, and readiness across various employee populations.
• Key responsibilities
• The Instructional Designer – HR Technology & Workday Enablement is responsible for designing and developing learning experiences, including instructor-led and eLearning courses, microlearning, and job aids, while managing logistics and ensuring a smooth learning experience for participants. This role goes beyond course development and requires comfort operating in complex, fast-moving transformation environments where requirements evolve and influence is critical.
• Design and deliver learning solutions that support HR technology transformations (e.g., Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent), including role-based enablement for end users, people leaders, HR partners, and support teams
• Partner closely with HR, HRIS, IT, Change Management, Communications, and vendor teams to understand complex end-to-end process, translate system design, and future-state workflows into effective learning experiences for HR, Payroll, Manager, and all employee audiences
• Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and adult learning principles to create learner-centric content that drives adoption and behavior change during system and process transformations
• Support change and adoption efforts by reinforcing new ways of working, not just how to use the system
• Create scalable, just-in-time learning assets (job aids, simulations, walkthroughs, knowledge articles) to support system adoption and performance in the flow of work
• Develop learning aligned to key transformation milestones, including testing cycles, deployment waves, and post-launch sustainment
• Establish, track, and analyze key learning metrics and learner feedback to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvement

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering learning for enterprise HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday or comparable HCM platforms)
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations, system implementations, or operating model changes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Rise, Articulate 360
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage change, ambiguity, and competing priorities effectively
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the role

Preferred qualifications:

Medical Assistant

• Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.
• Demonstrates current level of knowledge of various payor regulations by functioning within those guidelines.
• Follows clinic procedure/protocol for the organization and management of the electronic medical record (i.e. test results, retrieval, filing, creation, repair, charging of electronic medical record).
• Acts to facilitate interdisciplinary communication.  Utilizes other members of the health care team in assessing the patient and analyzes patient data.  Assesses learning needs of the patient and significant others.  Gives accurate and complete information to patient and family.
• Evaluates patient and family understanding of treatment plan and/or instruc­tions.
• Assists with a variety of procedures, exams and/or operation of diagnostic equipment as assigned (i.e. EKG, spirometry, tympanometry, etc.).
• Maintains appropriate aseptic technique for preparation, pro­cedures and medications administered.

• Reports results and pertinent information to patients and health care team members.
• Functions according to limitations or scope of license or certification.
• Performs basic medical assistant functions (vitals, rooming, assist with procedures, immunizations, medication injections etc), under direction and supervision of provider.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work includes cross coverage in other clinic areas as team needs.
• Responsible for following equipment maintenance protocol, identifying problems, and coordinating appropriate repairs.
• Participates in Performance Improvement projects.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Successful completion of a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification must be obtained within first year of employment and maintained thereafter.
• Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.

Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population serve within three (3) months of hire
