Responsibilities: As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for: 1.
Preparing and reviewing complex corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns.

Conducting tax research and planning to optimize tax strategies for clients.

Assisting in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients.

Keeping abreast of current developments in tax laws to provide timely and accurate advice to clients.

Providing guidance to junior staff and overseeing their work for quality and accuracy.
6.
Liaising with tax authorities and providing tax audit support for clients.
7.
Collaborating with other team members to provide superior client service.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Tax Associate position will have: 1.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
2.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a related field.
3.
Expertise in S Corp, Corporations, Income Tax, Individual, Corporate Tax Returns, and Tax Accounting.
4.
A proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
5.
Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
6.
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
7.
Proficiency in tax software and technology.

Preventive Maintenance & Optimization: Guide customers on appropriate courses of action to ensure optimal press performance and extended life Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service reports, including diagnostics, parts usage, and maintenance recommendations.
Technical Support & Training: Provide customers with hands-on training, technical assistance, and operational guidance to maximize system uptime.
Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, most commonly Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment 5-7 years experience without a bachelor’s degree Self-starter who is adaptable to work independently and within a team environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an interactive group environment are essential.
