Compensation: 1099 Status $300/Hour ($290/hour + $10/hour Quality Incentive)
Hours-7a-7p. 7p-7a
APP Coverage- M-W: 9a-7p & 11a-11p; Th-Su - 9a-10p
26K patients per year with 13-22 hours per day of APP coverage

The highly trained physicians here perform non-surgical interventional procedures, such as fluoroscopic guided steroid injections as well as surgical interventional procedures i.e. Vertebroplasty. Our staff of PTs provide a customized treatment program as part of the comprehensive plan of care. Our team works together to optimize your results, shorten your recovery time from illnesses, injuries and surgeries, and reduce your risk for re-injury. We work one on one with patients to provide the best results possible.
