At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Paraprofessionals play a critical role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is designed for individuals who value structure, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a school setting.
As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with teachers and school teams to support students with diverse learning needs. You’ll provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, help reinforce lessons, and contribute to a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and capable of growth.

Requirements
Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a classroom team
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
