Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the general direction of the Director/Supervisor or designee, performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ordered by a physician. Duties include medical gas administration, aerosol therapy, obtaining and analyzing blood specimens, performing patient testing, operating and maintaining various types of respiratory and cardiopulmonary equipment, assisting with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, providing patient education, monitoring equipment and patient response to therapy. Additional responsibilities include completing patient documentation in the patient and departmental records, to include all computer based documentation. Cleaning equipment and maintaining safety and infection control practices. Accepting other job responsibilities as deemed reasonable by the Director/Supervisor or designee. In this position, the RCP will NOT be providing mechanical ventilation or maintaining artificial airways until they have successfully completed and graduated from their Respiratory Therapy program. The employee will provide care for birth to pediatric, pediatric/child patients between 1 to 11 years of age; adolescent patients between 12 to 17 years of age; adult patients between 18 to 64 years; and geriatric patients 65 years and older.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. - Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.

The Clinical Manager responsibilities include providing leadership for and management of the clinical service area.

The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced assessment skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
Key responsibilities include continuous patient monitoring, assessment of vital signs and oxygen levels, administration of IV fluids and medications, and timely communication with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support and adjust patient care plans. The ICU RN delivers compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a high standard of safety and clinical excellence.
New Graduate Registered Nurses who are motivated, compassionate, and eager to develop critical care skills are encouraged to apply. A supportive environment is provided to promote learning, professional growth, and successful transition into critical care nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients by performing detailed assessments, developing care plans, and implementing complex nursing interventions
- Use advanced equipment like cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and capnography devices to continuously track vital signs and physiological parameters
- Safely administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing, closely monitoring patient responses to ensure effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions
- Manage life-support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors
- Provide emotional support and education to patients' families, acting as a liaison to ensure they understand the care being provided
- Document all aspects of patient care to ensure continuity and compliance while rigorously maintaining infection control and safety protocols to protect vulnerable patients
Qualifications:
- Current and Valid State RN License.
- Current BLS Certificate Upon Hire.
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation with 30 Days of Hire.
- Current ACLS Certificate, 30 days upon hire.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- One year of Acute Care Hospital experience, preferred.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification, preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
