- Customer-service mindset with the ability to manage frequent phone and email communication

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Field experience in layout/surveying, foreman, laborer
- Familiarity with rental management systems strongly preferred (RentalMan / AS400 experience)
JOB DESCRIPTION
A large concrete construction company is seeking an Equipment Coordinator with a background in equipment rental operations to support equipment logistics, safety purchasing, and coordination between job sites, mechanics, and rental partners. This role is ideal for someone currently or previously working at an equipment rental company who understands equipment availability, dispatching, customer service, and jobsite needs, and is looking for a stable, office/shop-based role while staying close to the construction and equipment world.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment movement and logistics between job sites and the equipment shop
- Arrange internal transfers or source equipment externally when needed
- Leverage prior rental experience to manage availability, scheduling, and job-specific equipment needs
- Handle safety and equipment purchasing requests (e.g., trowels, small tools, jobsite materials)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for equipment-related requests via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and tracking using shared calendars and Excel
- Work closely with mechanics to ensure equipment is job-ready
- Coordinate field repairs and communicate with traveling mechanics as needed
Compensation:
$60,000 to $65,000 per year annual salary with opportunity for quarterly bonuses.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, training, orientation and general supervision of their employees. Accountable to meet production schedules within budgeted allocations, and to meet the above responsibilities while ensuring conformance to High Concrete Group’s safety and quality standards. Responsible and accountable to conduct their responsibilities within the confines of EEO, Title VII and other applicable laws. The Production Supervisor will have approximately 20-30 direct reports and will report directly to the Plant Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the training and development of Lead Persons in the areas of on-the-job training, safety rules and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning the utilization of manpower and assists Lead Persons in planning their crews’ daily activities to meet the planned production operation schedule and budgets.
- Takes immediate corrective action within the scope of assigned authority whenever productivity, quality and / or safety problems arise.
- Inform, coach, counsel, reward, support, consult with and perform disciplinary action as appropriate with co-workers assigned.
- Reviews cost center reports at least monthly to determine significant variances from budget. Utilizes data and established MDI metrics to asses productivity, expenses, and losses in their area of responsibility, and takes appropriate corrective action within the scope of assigned authority.
- Ensure all co-workers have proper tools and equipment to perform their job assignments in conjunction with the Lead Person.
- Enforce the proper care of all equipment, facilities and other physical assets under their control in conjunction with the Lead person.
- Instills in their co-workers an attitude of safety awareness as it pertains to department, company, and corporate safety rules, regulations and procedures by demonstrating they can work in a safe manner on a continual basis by following established procedures in the areas of safety / health ensuring the safety of their fellow co-workers is not jeopardized by their actions.
- Maintain and submit on time, accurate records and reports that are required and / or assigned for the proper execution of their position.
- Accepts and commits to High Concrete Group's concept of “Team” managing and works to enhance their performance not only as a Team Member, but as a Supervisor and encourages all others to be “Team” players.
- Establishes a collaborative working relationship with members of the various functional groups to enhance communications and support the overall business operating plan.
- Spot check product cast daily with Lead Person.
- Conduct midyear reviews with Lead Persons and annual performance reviews with all other co-worker’s assigned as required by Plant Manager.
- Maintain current and develop future Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) for all job functions within the scope of responsibility in conjunction with Lead Persons.
- 6S – required to meet and support daily, weekly, and monthly 6S goals and objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels for cement / sand / aggerate and coordinate with suppliers.
- Assist with training / cross training and development of co-workers for future advancement.
- Responsible for communication with co-workers on a regular basis including but not limited to: conducting Tool Box Talks, daily safety huddles monthly one on one’s with Lead persons, etc.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION:
- High School Graduate or GED; Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years in a multi-faceted, fast-paced precast concrete, construction or manufacturing environment
- Minimum three (3) years progressive supervisory experience in a lean oriented work

Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed production schedules across long-, mid-, and short-term planning horizons to ensure efficient manufacturing of curtain wall units. The goal is to meet customer expectations and field installation timelines. The position involves close coordination with Project Managers, Engineering, and Shop personnel to maintain schedules, generate accurate status reports, and support profitability. Additionally, this role oversees the Quality Control function, leads shop support staff, and manages the Release Management Program. Occasional travel using a company or personal vehicle may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Shop teams to create and manage a 1-month and 12-month Master Production Schedule.
- Optimize shop capacity and align production with field installation needs.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate delays or unforeseen issues.
- Maintain a long-term capacity plan to support equipment and staffing decisions.
- Schedule workflow for each Shop Department based on manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Track and prioritize material schedules from Keymark.
Shop Liaison
- Provide shop capacity data to Sales to support strategic bidding.
- Offer feedback to Engineering on design and functionality issues observed in production.
- Act as a bridge between Shop, Project Managers, and Engineering to resolve escalated issues and prevent recurrence.
Shop Production Support
- Analyze production specs and shop capacity to identify and report scheduling conflicts.
- Recommend solutions for discrepancies between booked and planned capacity.
- Collaborate with shop leadership to meet production quotas.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with ASTM C 1401 standards.
- Lead the Quality Control Program and supervise QC staff.
- Document defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop customized QC programs and checklists.
- Assess damaged materials for usability.
- Partner with the Resource Group for Air & Water Performance Testing.
Work Order Release Management
- Coordinate with Engineering on release timelines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the Release Management System for both engineering and production.
- Oversee the release of work orders to the shop.
- Review bunking details with Production Coordinator, Project Managers, and Field teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in resolving mechanical and software-related issues.
- Strong understanding of engineered manufacturing processes and products.
- Analytical thinker with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on, shop-floor presence.
- Effective communicator with strong conflict resolution abilities.
- Able to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning software.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder

- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)

- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
