About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in business and commercial law. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and capable of managing complex litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, partnership disagreements, shareholder issues, and business torts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education
  • Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or BSPharm
