Communicate maintenance activities, equipment status, and issues clearly to maintenance leadership.

Cross-train maintenance and production personnel to ensure adequate technical coverage across shifts.

Assist leadership with developing standard operating procedures, maintenance standards, and duty cycles for processing and packaging equipment.

Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, plans, and technical documentation.

Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

JOB DUTIES:

The candidate will be responsible for managing a case load, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, use of the firm’s case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and be in β€œgood standing.”

- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.

- Ability to think and act independently.

- Prior experience in mortgage default work, including foreclosure, title, and/or related litigation is highly desired but not absolutely required if the candidate has other suitable experience.
