Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of welds according to the company's quality control standards, welding codes, and ISO requirements.

Inspect raw materials, equipment, and welding consumables to ensure conformance with the company's quality standards.

Perform visual inspections of welds, including structural, pipe, and plate welds.

Use non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to inspect welds.

Prepare, maintain, and present clear and concise inspection reports.

Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and improve production methods.

Provide technical guidance and training to the welding team.

Ensure all welding work follows safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is a must.

Extensive knowledge of welding procedures and practices, including MIG and aluminum.

Proficient in interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Excellent understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
