You can expect an amazing production based income that gives you the ability for an unlimited income potential.
This is an excellent location in Sunny South Florida with excellent school systems both public and private, fine dining, pro sports teams, PGA golf courses and all of the other amenities of a major metro area. Conveniently located just minutes from the beach and downtown West Palm Beach.
Base pay is performance based. Client will discuss with candidates. Base range expected to be about 400k to 450K based on experience but it is performance based and with incentives could go significantly higher but again, client will discuss !
One hospital location only!
The premier hospital in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast of Florida is seeking a 4th cardiologist to join excellent hospital employed practice.
The outpatient practice has the best reputation, highest quality, and is among the busiest group's in the region. They have 3 APPs in addition to the cardiologists.
One of the cardiologists is interventional, one is invasive (non interventional) and one is non-invasive.
Any of the above subspecialties are welcome to inquire. You will have a busy practice early on.
Call will be 1:4 - you will round on your own patients during the week Mon to Friday and weekend coverage is shared.

Client needs someone to cover the General Surgery service at Medical Center and you will get a stipend for this
Year round position
Expected to earn 350k range - see notes
Client provides 200k stipend per year and you will also get 100% of everything you bill. Current physician earned another 150K additional income the prior year.
Also, round at hospital and get a percentage
There are extra financials the client provides ( they will discuss)
It's a rural hospital so call is just for emergency surgery and you see post opp consultations there.
You can ALSO still have your own practice and still cover the GS service at the hospital; have to be available for emergency and scheduled surgeries but not locked into hospital all day long - just rounds and procedures
Your own practice can be in Wellington or nearby
The ideal is have your own group but also be available and spend a few hours at hospital doing rounds for patients who have procedures there
Malpractice insurance is not covered
Some days will not be super busy, just a bit of rounding on surgery follow up
Very basic procedures
Must live within 30 minutes of hospital
